Tic-Tac-Toe Salmon Plate


I know how much everyone loved the last tic-tac-toe plate from the 2013 Simchah issue. So here we are with tic-tac-toe plate 2.0!


Prepare the Dish

1. Place four chives or scallions on a plate in a tic-tac-toe pattern.
2. Arrange salmon and crouton cubes in the boxes.
3. Squeeze a little chrainaise onto each crouton right before serving.
4. Decorate the plate with salad greens, purple carrot slices, and watermelon radish sticks.


You can use a ziplock bag instead of a squeeze bottle. Put Chrainaise in and cut a small hole in the corner for squeezing.
