Submitted by Yaakov Tyberg   It is spice Indian dish that is spicy and traditional. I am 12 years old and my father is a chef.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • Dark meat chicken cutlets

  • Half a can of coconut milk

  • Teaspoon of turmeric

  • Teaspoon of coriander

  • Two jalapeños, seedless

  • Tablespoon of garam masala

  • Cayenne pepper to taste

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Minced garlic

  • Minced ginger

  • Crushed tomatoes

  • Chicken stock

Directions

Prepare the Tiki Masala

1.

Brown chicken in oil.

2.

Remove chicken from pot.

3.

One small onion chopped.

4.

Add all spices.

5.

Add garlic and ginger.

6.

Add the two jalapeños.

7.

Crushed tomatoes.

8.

Return chicken into pot.

9.

Add chicken soup.

10.

Add coconut milk.

11.

Simmer for half an hour.
