Ingredients

Tiny Chocolate Hamantaschen “Cerealtaschen”

  • 35 grams maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • chocolate chips or raisins, for filling

Directions

1.

In a large bowl, mix flour, almond flour, and cocoa powder. Add coconut oil and rub until it becomes a crumb-like consistency. Add all other ingredients and knead dough until smooth.

Roll out the dough and cut circles with a diameter of three centimeters.

3.

Put one raisin or chocolate chips into each circle (optional) and fold it into a triangle.

4.

Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius), for eight to 10 minutes (check readiness).
