1 tablespoon Tuscanini Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
Haddar Salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Combine olive oil, lemon juice and pepper in a medium bowl. Add tomatoes, onion and parsley to the bowl and toss well. Serve immediately for best results.
