Tricolor Gefilte Fish Plate

  • Freund’s tricolor gefilte fish

  • green sauce (for example, dill or wasabi)

  • orange sauce (for example, spicy mayo or pepper)

  • curly parsley

  • decorative toothpicks

Directions

Prepare the Gefilte Fish

1.

Bake fish according to package directions.

2.

Cut loaf into one-inch (two-centimeter) pieces.

3.

Place three pieces on each plate and stick a decorative toothpick into each piece.

4.

Put sauces in two squeeze bottles. Squeeze out a small dot of one sauce and drag across the plate (using a toothpick or a dessert spoon) to create design, as shown. Repeat with the other sauce.
