  • 2 ounces Rum Jumbie or other coconut rum

  • pineapple slice, for garnish

Directions

Prepare the Tropical Beet- A-Colada

1.

Put the ice, Beetology juice, coconut cream and rums into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty.

2.

Pour the drink into two glasses and garnish with pineapple slices.
