This fruity parfait is a vibrant, refreshing blend of passion fruit, mango, peach, and piña colada flavors, creating a luscious and exotic taste experience. The silky, fruit-infused base is both sweet and tangy, perfectly balanced with juicy chunks of fruit for added texture and freshness. Every spoonful is bursting with tropical goodness, making it a delightful treat, a unique dessert, or a light and flavorful appetizer.
7 cups Beleaves Frozen Mango cubes, divided
4 cups frozen seedless passion fruit cubes (I use Beleaves)
4 cups frozen sliced peaches, such as Beleaves, divided
2 cups orange juice
2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup piña colada syrup
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 cups canned or Beleaves Frozen Pineapple cubes
fresh blueberries, for serving
whipped cream, for garnish
fresh mint, for garnish
Place four cups mango, passion fruit, two cups peaches, orange juice, pineapple juice, piña colada syrup, water, and sugars in an eight-to-10-quart pot. Bring to a boil, then allow to cool.
Once cool, blend the mixture and strain it. Place the strained liquid back into the pot or into a large bowl or container.
Add three cups frozen mango cubes, two cups frozen sliced peaches, and pineapple cubes.
Place mixture in individual bowls or glasses and add a handful of fresh blueberries, a dollop of whipped cream, and some fresh mint.

What can I use instead of piña colada syrup?
Or can I leave it out completely?
I’m thinking maybe some coconut milk or coconut extract to help give that pina colada flavor. If you skip it, I think it’ll still be delicious but it won’t taste like pina colada.
