Submitted by Lots Cookin’ An old Texas family recipe not to be ignored.
2 lbs of short ribs or baby back ribs
1 cup of sweet baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
a generous dusting of Montreal steak seasoning
Boil ribs for one hour. (And don’t worry, it doesn’t lose its flavor. I was shocked myself.)
Let it cool for a little and add BBQ sauce and seasoning.
Cover and bake at 300 for 3 to 3.5 hours.
