Celebrate Tu Bishvat with this beautiful and kid-friendly treat. How can you go wrong with chocolate and fruit?!
chocolate chips
dried fruit
nuts
pumpkin seeds
dried rose petals
flaky sea salt
Melt chocolate chips in a freezer (aka thicker) ziptop bag (or thicker piping bag) by letting the bag sit in hot water. Use your hands to feel the bag to be sure that all the chocolate has melted.
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Snip a little hole in the tip of the bag and pipe a tree trunk and branches onto the parchment.
Now place your dried fruit and nuts in flower shapes on your melted chocolate branches. I used pumpkin seeds as the leaves.
Finally, you can add some dried rose petals if you have and sprinkle on some sea salt.
Place in refrigerator to set.
