Using both salmon and tuna, these latkes are flavorful, delicious, crunchy, and healthy! Pair these with a salad, roasted potatoes, or your favorite starch, and you have an amazingly easy and filling meal!
2 (7 and 1/2 ounce) cans Gefen Tuna
1 (7 and 1/2 ounce) can pink salmon
1 large squash, grated (zucchini)
1 medium potato, cooked and mashed
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
dash of pepper
1 onion, grated
oil, for frying
Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
