Ingredients

Tuna and Salmon Latkes

  • 2 (7 and 1/2 ounce) cans Gefen Tuna

  • 1 (7 and 1/2 ounce) can pink salmon

  • 1 large squash, grated (zucchini)

  • 1 medium potato, cooked and mashed

  • 4 eggs, beaten slightly

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • dash of pepper

  • 1 onion, grated

  • oil, for frying

Directions

Prepare the Tuna and Salmon Patties

1.

Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties.

2.

Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
