Easy baked Tuna Patties.
Preheat oven to 400.
Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spray oil or spread oil on paper.
Mix mayonnaise and tuna. Add eggs, breadcrumbs and spices.
Mix well. Form into patties and place on prepared cookie sheet. Spray patties with oil spray.
