2 cans of tuna
4 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion (diced)
garlic clove, minced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
pinch of oregano
pinch of basil
Mix well all seven tuna squares ingredients and set aside.
In a hot pan add oil, garlic and diced veggies mix for five to seven minutes.
Add tomato sauce and the rest of the sauce ingredients.
Cook for 10 minutes.
When done, add it to the tuna batter.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
