Turkey Hummus Roll-Ups

Ingredients

Turkey Hummus Roll-Ups

  • 3 whole-wheat wraps

  • 8 ounces plain hummus, such as Sabra

  • 1 (7-ounce) package ultra-thin oven roasted turkey breast

  • 1 (4.5-ounce) package green-leaf lettuce

  • 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced

  • 4–5 Israeli pickles, such as Haddar, thinly sliced lengthwise

Directions

1.

Working with one at a time, place wrap on a clean cutting board. Spread with hummus, leaving a one-inch border empty.

2.

Top with two to three turkey slices. Add a handful of lettuce and a few tomatoes and pickles.

3.

Fold the sides in towards the middle and hold them in place while rolling the wrap tightly.

4.

Place seam side down on the cutting board and slice. Arrange roll-ups on a platter and serve immediately.
