Two-Ingredient Truffles

Directions

1.

In a bowl, add the condensed milk, slowly pour in the sifted cocoa, mixing with a whisk and then switching to a spoon when it starts getting thick. Note: it will look thick and dry; this is normal. keep mixing until you get a fudgy dough.

2.

Press the dough into a lined square dish with Gefen Parchment Paper. Place in fridge for about an hour to set.

3.

Cut into squares and round out each square to shape them nicely (you can also shape them into balls).

4.

Dust with more cocoa, or any fun topping you can think of such as confectioners’ sugar, sprinkles, cocoa, or chopped nuts!

Notes:

A few important notes:

*it is important you sift the cocoa or it will clump in the milk, resulting in bitter cocoa bits throughout the truffles

*if you don’t want a deep chocolatey flavor and prefer a slightly sweeter taste; use 1/2 cup of cocoa and a 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar instead of 3/4 cup cocoa

*if it gets very dry when shaping you can lightly brush with some oil, or spray your hands with cooking spray so its easier to work with.
