7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 3/4 cups sugar-free dried cranberries or cherries
7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 1/3 cups sesame seeds
7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 1/3 cups almonds
7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
7 ounces (200 grams), or 1 and 3/4 cups pumpkin seeds
3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams), or 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams), or just under 1/2 cup Haddar Egg Whites
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius). Combine all ingredients. Spoon the mixture into the wells of a silicone mold.
Bake in the heated oven for 18 minutes.
When cool, carefully remove the ultra boost bars from the molds.
