- Sesame3/4 cup Za’atar leaves (or oregano if you can not source Za’atar leaves)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons crushed dried mint
1/2 tablespoon nigella seeds (if unable to find, you can substitute black sesame seeds)
1/2 tablespoon dried sliced onions, ground
1 teaspoon crushed dried rose petals (if unable to find, you can substitute 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon of thyme)
Combine all ingredients.
Usage suggestions: Season chicken thighs before grilling or roasting them. Add a few pinches to a mushroom stews
