These faux dairy latkes are super easy to whip up, and they are completely gluten-free. Enjoy sharing them at your own family Chanukah celebration!
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup agave syrup or brown rice syrup
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsweetened So Delicious coconut yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork until fully combined.
Heat oil in a medium frying pan over a medium flame. Add the batter to the hot oil, one tablespoon at a time. Fry on each side until golden, approximately three minutes per side.
Serve drizzled with agave syrup or spread with apricot jam.
