Diets These cookies are essentially sugar cookies. The dough is a dream to work with and rolls out very smoothly, yeilding you perfect cookies when baked. Cut them into any desired shape using a cookie cutter, either with a classic shape, Alef-Bais letters, or Chanuka shapes. Serve these as is or kick them up a notch by drizzling melting chocolate and adding sprinkles. A great acitivity for the kiddies on a rainy day!
