Start Cooking

Make Buddha Bowl

  1. Cook glass noodles (or noodle of choice) according to package instructions. Drain and add to bowl. 

  2. Top with beets, cucumber, carrot, and avocado.

    *For non-vegan option, you can also add fish here

  3. Sprinkle with chili pepper, lemon zest, and black sesame seeds

  4. Drizzle with Mighty Sesame Tahini and enjoy!
