Ingredients

Vegetable Facon Kugel

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons onion soup mix

  • 1 pack facon, diced

  • Kosher for Passover Panko crumbs

Directions

1.

Shred the vegetables (defrosted slightly) in your food processor on the larger shred blade.

2.

Mix with the eggs, oil, salt, pepper, onion soup mix, and facon.

3.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan and top with panko crumbs.

4.

Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
