This ground meat loaf incorporates potatoes, carrots, and zucchini. Here's one kugel that's full of protein instead of starch.
Vegetable Kugel with Ground Meat
- Cooking and Prep: 1.5 h
- Serves: 6
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 8- x 10-inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for one and a half hours.
This mixture can also be fried or baked as patties.
