A tasty way to get your kids to eat those vegetables!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons flour

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • garlic powder, to taste

Directions

To Prepare

1.

Cook first three ingredients in water until very soft. Drain and mash well (a hand blender works nicely). Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

2.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry patties until golden. Flip patty over to other side and cook until done.
