Diets 1 zucchini, grated
1 green pepper, grated
2 carrots, grated
2 stalks celery, grated
1/2 cup rice, such as Pereg Jasmine Rice
2 tablespoons oil
46 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Juice
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Lemon Juice
2 cups water
Combine grated vegetables and rice in a four-quart saucepan.
Add oil and sauté for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomato juice, lemon juice, water & sugar. Cook for 45 minutes.
