Directions

Prepare the Soup

1.

Combine grated vegetables and rice in a four-quart saucepan.

2.

Add oil and sauté for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.

Add tomato juice, lemon juice, water & sugar. Cook for 45 minutes.
