Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 pk ground turkey

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground pepper

  • 1 piece of Dorot frozen ginger

  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp teriyaki

  • 1/2 cup packed shredded zucchini

  • 1/2 cup packed shredded carrots

Directions

Prepare the Turkey Burgers

preheat oven to 375 place a parchment paper on a sheet pan.

Mix all ingredients together and form a round patty. Place them on the sheet pan, then put them in the oven for about 15 to 20 min flip them over about another 5 to 10 minutes depending on how well done you like your burger (kids like it well done).

To Serve

1.

Serve your burger hot in a bun with any sauce you like and some veggies, over a salad or enjoy it just like that with your favorite dipping sauce.

Variation:

You can use the same recipe form meatballs and place them in your favorite tomato sauce over rice or spaghetti or mashed potatoes.
