hearts of palm, sliced in half moons
yellow baby tomatoes, halved
celery, sliced
button mushrooms, sliced
watermelon radishes, sliced in quarter moons
spiced pumpkin seeds
fresh herbsĀ (I used parsley)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt
Add ingredients to a bowl. Toss with dressing and enjoy.
