Main ingredients

  • 2 large beets

  • 2 large zucchinis

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves crushed garlic

  • 2 cloves crushed parsley

  • salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare the Veggie Ribbons

1.

Julienne or spiralize beets and zucchini.

2.

Add remaining ingredients.

3.

Spread onto a lined cookie sheet.

4.

Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until soft.

5.

Best when fresh 🙂
