Diets Years ago, I attended a simchah that took place in a milchig restaurant. The delicious taste of the dessert stayed with me, and I decided to try to copy the idea. The results were amazing.
1 pound pizza dough
oil for frying
1/2 cup Haddar Light Corn Syrup
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons oil
1 tub vanilla ice cream (non-dairy, if desired)
In a skillet, heat a quarter inch of oil. Roll tablespoon-sized pieces of dough into balls and fry for four minutes on each side or until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil.
Pour out oil and place all fudge ingredients in skillet. Stir over low flame until combined.
Place two warm donut holes into each dessert bowl. Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with fudge.
