Prepare the Salad

  1. Prepare the dressing. Combine blood oranges, Wonder Melon juice, coconut milk, and apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Pour over collard greens at least 10–15 minutes prior to eating so the acidity can cure the greens.

  3. Garnish salad with blood orange, pomegranate seeds, and green onion.
