Diets Homemade ice pops win taste tests every time! Yields 8 ice pops
2 cups seedless watermelon, finely chopped
juice of 2 lemons (or about 6 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice)
1/2 cup sugar (or more to taste)
In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients. Puree until very smooth.
Taste the mixture. If the watermelon is not particularly sweet, you may want to add a few more tablespoons of sugar.
Pour into eight ice-pop molds of about one-quarter cup capacity each. Insert sticks and freeze until firm.

These are delicious but way too sweet! I like it more tart, next time I will put much less sugar.
