Whipped feta is a really versatile little appetizer. Because it’s flavorful on its own, you can top it with lots of different basic veggies, like finely diced roasted beets, tomatoes, or fresh diced cucumbers and it’s a great bite. This time, I paired it with peaches and balsamic glaze.
