Rich dairy truffles made from white chocolate, cream, and coconut are a sweet after-supper treat.
7 ounces (200 grams) Elite White Chocolate
1/4 cup (60 milliliters) heavy cream
2 tablespoons ground coconut
3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams) ground coconut (toasted, if desired) or ground nuts
Chop chocolate and put in bowl. Add cream and melt together in a microwave or double boiler, until completely melted and smooth.
Add ground coconut and mix well.
Refrigerate mixture for an hour or until it reaches a consistency that can be rolled.
Use a teaspoon to take out small pieces of mixture and use your hands to roll pieces into balls.
Dip balls into ground coconut and serve.

these were amazing! i mean honestly cream, white choc and coconut, what could go wrong:)
they dont make a lot though, i would double if i were you!
