The most amazing soft and light honey whole wheat dinner rolls you’ve ever tasted. 100% whole wheat and totally dairy free.
5 pounds Shibolim Whole Wheat Flour
4 ounces yeast
1/2 cup Gefen Honey
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3 tablespoons salt
approximately 6 cups warm water
Dissolve yeast in one cup of water. Combine all ingredients and knead well for seven to 10 minutes. Let rise for one and a half hours.
Form into rolls and let rise for an additional 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30–40 minutes or until golden brown.
