2 sticks margarine = 1 cup oil
Hi. How can we subsitute margarine?
You can use vegan butter, coconut oil, olive oil, canola oil, avocado oil, or vegetable oil instead of margarine. For every cup of margarine in the recipe, use 3/4 cup of oil.
