1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Shibolim Spelt Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 cup Gefen Maple Syrup or honey
1/3 cup olive oil, avocado oil, or melted Heaven & Earth Coconut Oil
handful of raisins
dark chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients.
Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12–15 minutes.
