Diets This recipe yields plenty for everyone. If you don’t need all 5 dozen cookies at once, it’s okay to freeze them, or, you can freeze a portion of the cookie dough, well wrapped, and then defrost and bake as needed.

1 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar

2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
