Ingredients

Salad

  • 24 ounces fresh baby spinach or baby kale

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 green apple, thinly-sliced with the peel

  • 1 small red onion, thinly-sliced

Dressing

Directions

Prepare the Salad and Dressing

1.

Place all the dressing ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting cover.

2.

Shake well until combined.

3.

Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.

4.

Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
