Winter Salad with Raspberry Dressing

This fresh crisp salad has a little bit of everything: savory crunch from the red onions, a sweetness from the pomegranate seeds, and that fresh tart bite from the green apple. Top with this fabulous dressing and this salad will disappear quickly at you Shabbos or Yom Tov meal.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Salad and Dressing

  1. Place all the dressing ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting cover.

  2. Shake well until combined.

  3. Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
