On Passover, it’s hard to please everyone. Which is why I love to make these boards. It gives everyone a chance to eat their supper the way they like. Creating a board is quick and easy and always presents beautifully! If you don’t have a big platter, you can easily use a cookie sheet!
1 tablespoon oil, such as Gefen Cottonseed Oil
1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
1 teaspoon paprika
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 avocado, mashed
1 teaspoon lime juice
salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 red onion, minced
6 bags Gefen Wonton Chips
1 avocado, sliced
2 limes, sliced into wedges
approximately 6 radishes, sliced thinly
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 cup gherkins
sprouts
2 cucumbers, sliced
approximately 15 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup guacamole (recipe follows)
In a large frying pan, heat the oil to medium-high heat.
Add the beef and brown it, breaking up with a spoon.
When the beef is mostly cooked, add the spices and continue cooking until cooked through.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Place the ground beef and pickles in two small bowls. Place bowls on a larger plate or platter. Arrange the rest of the vegetables and the Gefen Wonton Chips around the bowls.
