This is a good side dish on rice. It’s a little sweet and tastes very good.
1 cup of the insides of the zucchini
1 and 1/2 cups of ground meat
1/4 cup rice
5 teaspoons onion soup mix
8 ounces cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 cup matzo meal
1 teaspoon of oil
First you mix the raw rice with the ground meat.
Next, you pour the oil into the pan, then you put the meat and rice in it with cranberry sauce and onion soup mix.
Then you put in the black pepper with the zucchini.
Last, you put the matzo meal. Do not take off until the rice is fully cooked.
