Diets This Mississippi mud cake combines a fudgy brownie base, creamy marshmallow middle, and crispy peanut butter layer to deliver a flavor explosion in each bite.

2 sticks margarine
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups flour
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 and 1/2 cups peanut butter
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 (8-ounce) container marshmallow fluff
Mix sugar and margarine together until light and fluffy.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Transfer batter to a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler until smooth.
Leave flame on and add peanut butter and mix.
Remove from flame and add Rice Krispies.
Spread marshmallow fluff over cake.
Spread crunch over marshmallow fluff.
Freeze cake for easiest cutting.
