Yellow Potatoes

  • salt

  • turmeric

  • water

  • onion

  • potatoes, sliced in thin rounds

  • oil

Directions

Prepare the Yellow Potatoes

1.

Cover pan with water.

2.

Add onions and sauté.

3.

Add sliced potatoes.

4.

Cover and cook till potatoes get soft.

5.

Add a little oil.

6.

Add salt and turmeric.
