Tortilla filled with meat, mushrooms, kalamata olives, and avocado.
minced meat
curry powder
sesame seeds
1 onion cut into small pieces
coriander powder
parsley flakes
mushrooms (either fresh or out of a can)
paprika
tortillas
avocado
turmeric
garlic
fresh coriander
salt
black pepper
eggs
cumin
bread crumbs
kalamata olives
Prepare the meat: Fry onion until translucent. Add mushrooms. Add minced meat (1 kilo), garlic (3 cloves), salt, pepper, cumin, curry powder, coriander powder, paprika, turmeric, and coriander leaves.
When cooked let stand until cool to handle.
I normally make my own tortillas but I used store bought. Add filling to the tortilla.
Add avocado cut into small pieces. Start rolling inwards. To stick the ends I used a paste of flour and water.
Fry: Dip rolled tortilla in egg (2 eggs, water, salt and pepper). Then dip in bread crumbs (with paprika, parsley flakes and sesame seeds mixed in). Then fry (not deep fry, just a centimeter of oil in the pan). Comes out delicious! Enjoy!
