Diets Dressed-up breaded roasted potatoes with lots of flavor from the french-fried onions and hot sauce.
3 pounds Russet or Idaho potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Frank’s red hot cayenne pepper sauce
3 cups french fried onions, finely crushed
salt, to taste (optional)
black pepper, to taste (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place potatoes, olive oil, and hot sauce in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and toss potatoes to coat. Remove potatoes from bag and coat potatoes in crumb mixture, pressing firmly.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
