Ingredients

Roasted Fries

  • 2 pounds large Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, each cut into 6 to 8 wedges

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

Directions

Prepare the Roasted Fries

1.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Toss all of the ingredients in a medium bowl to coat potatoes.

3.

Arrange potatoes on a cookie sheet, face up. Roast for 20 minutes; then reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

4.

Continue to roast until potato wedges are tender and golden, about 30 minutes more.
