These Shockingly Simple Sushi Spheres Are a Work of Art

Your friends will never believe how easy these gorgeous Sushi Sphere appetizers were to make!

Rice
1 cup raw sushi rice
1½ cups water
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar

Salmon
canola oil, for frying
3 1-inch salmon fillets
3 Tbsp Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tbsp Gefen Mayonnaise
2 scallions, thinly sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lemon
