Tasty Salmon Patties

Remember when Rorie told us there were endless possibilities for her celery root breadcrumbs? Well, she's back to show you one of the many delicious possibilities: Salmon patties! These easy, tasty fish patties are your new favorite dinner, lunch, snack—whatever!

 

Get the Recipe:

 4 (6-ounce) cans salmon or tuna (or 16 ounces fresh baked fish)
 2 eggs
 1 -2 tablespoons sauteed onions
 1/3 cup cooked celery root rice
 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 olive, avocado, or coconut oil for frying
