Rorie's got you covered. Today she's showing you one of her "Home Stretch Meals"—healthy and satisfying meals that she makes at the end of a week before her next grocery trip. Today she's showing you how to make creamy vegetable soup with whatever you still have in the house!

 

Get the Recipe: 
 1 onion, chopped
 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1 kohlrabi, peeled and chopped
 1 turnip, peeled and chopped
 1 fennel bulb, tops and outer layer discarded and chopped
 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
 1/2 peeled and cubed butternut squash
 1 bag Heaven and Earth Riced Cauliflower
 salt, to taste
 pepper, to taste
