 10 skin-on chicken thighs 
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon black pepper
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
 1 1/2 tablespoon raw honey
 1 1/2 cups uncooked quinoa
 3 cups hot water
 1 teaspoon Gefen Himalayan Pink Salt
