Estee's Baked Hawaiian Style Pretzel Bombs

These homemade bombs are made with a simple focaccia recipe, then stuffed with caramelized pineapples, sauce and cheese! These are the perfect sweet and savory bites, you won't be able to stop with just one, you've been warned!

Get the recipe: 

Dough
 1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
 1/2 cup warm water
 1 and 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast, such as Gefen Instant Dry Yeast
 2 cups Mishpacha Flour
 1 teaspoon salt

Caramelized Pineapple
 1 cup pineapple chunks
 1 tablespoon sugar
Other Ingredients
 1/2 a (15-ounce) can Gefen Tomato Sauce
 mozzarella cheese (12 thick slices or 2 cups of shredded cheese)
