Victoria Glass

Victoria Glass is a London-based food writer, recipe developer, cookery teacher and author of six cookbooks. She has featured in various print and online media, including The Times Weekend, Great British Chefs, Sainsbury's Magazine and Hello! She was the first Food Writer in Residence at the Roald Dahl Museum & Story Centre and has cooked her way from A-Z on her blog, Alphabet Soup. She founded Victoria's Cake Boutique in 2008 with clients including Miranda Hart, Zach Braff and The Princes' Trust.
