Born and bred in small town Gibraltar, Tanya now lives with her husband in London, UK. With a background in digital marketing and graphic design, Tanya decided to start sharing her passion and love for cooking and baking on social media as part of a project in university but continued on after graduation. Her Instagram account @garlic.and.ganache is about all things savory and sweet, as the name suggests. Tanya shares recipes, tips, and tricks for those just starting out in the kitchen and to those more experienced as well. Growing up Sephardi and living on the Mediterranean has influenced the way Tanya cooks, with spices and fresh produce being ever-present in her recipes.
